Welcome to the first NRUDRH CBT Training Newsletter

We have various aims in creating this newsletter.

1. To provide you with up to date links to useful CBT websites and blogs. 2. To link you to resources that we put on our website, we anticipate these will progressively grow. They will include questionnaires and articles of interest. 3. To offer newsletter subscribers special discounts on selected workshops. 4. To let you know about CBTTraining and seek your feedback on what we can do better.

We’ll make the newsletters brief, and to the point. This newsletter is freely available on our website. After the first couple they will be by subscription (free).

Useful Website!

Our useful website tip for this newsletter is http://www.getselfhelp.co.uk. We found out about this website through one of the trainees on our February 2010 Essential Skills for CBT. More details and other useful sites can be found on our links page.

Update on Online CBT Training

We are getting close to rolling out the Praxis CBT Online training. We have had a huge response - online training is clearly in demand. We will roll out by stages. For more details, and to register your interest, check out our website.

$500 Discount Special!

We'll give a $500 discount off the full price of $1000, equivalent to $340 off the early bird price for the first advanced therapist who reads this newsletter and now registers for the 4 days of the May advanced workshop week (May 10-13) Trauma Focused CBT and Maps of Therapist Growth. We shall make similar special offers in future editions of the newsletter ... full details
